Ryan Nightingale Grand Soloist Mango Custom

It's great to have a selection of Kevin Ryan guitars back in stock at TME! Ryan instruments have a very specific purpose to our ears -- it's not that they aren't versatile guitars (they are), but for fingerstyle players looking to achieve maximum depth of tone with extreme ease of playability these are lifetime instruments. This absolutely stunning Nightingale Grand Soloist was a centerpiece of the Ryan display at the recent NAMM show, and projects a glorious tone befitting its regal appearance. We haven't had many Mango-backed guitars in the shop, but the its tonal effect seems to be rather Koa-like: great, thick midrange, with plenty of projection and minimal amount of syrupy overtone content. The top of this guitar is extremely lively, and the addition of Ryan's "Innovation Suite" introduces several elements that make the whole instrument resonate from end to end. This is a sensational sounding guitar for fingerstyle instrumental music; and makes a gorgeous backdrop for vocals as well. Priced with new Calton Case!
