We purchased this 1966 Martin 00-18 from the original owner and sent it to Glenn Nichols (builder of Retrograde Guitars, and former head of finish at Santa Cruz Guitars) for a neck reset and setup work. It's back, and ready for a new home, with action sitting right at 3/32" on the bass side and 2/32" on the treble side (measured at the 12th fret). The neck set will allow for lower action if desired, though it sounds and plays just fine as it is. Otherwise, the guitar is all original and in excellent condition. Very mild lacquer crazing, and a superficial pickguard crack (which is cleated internally). Priced with period chipboard case.
