We're happy to have this Fairbanks F-20 back in stock! Built in the style of an old Gibson "Argentine Grey" L-2, this guitar features Mahogany back & sides, a Red Spruce top, hide glue construction, Madagascar Rosewood bridge & fingerboard, thin nitrocellulose lacquer finish, 1 3/4" nut width and 24.9" SL. It's extremely light weight and incredibly fun to play, whether you're a blues fingerpicker, singer / songwriter or light strummer. Long story short: this is a very versatile, great sounding little guitar oozing tone and vibe. Overall condition is excellent -- there's one area of slightly marred finish just south of the soundhole where a clear pickguard was added and removed, but it's only visible when the guitar is angled in reflected light. Click on over to the video tab and listen to the builder himself (and TME staffer, Andy Cambria) play the guitar! Priced with hard case.
