"Every day we try to make a better guitar, every day. You're trying to reach for more, trying to do better, not trying to do the same. A lot of companies are trying to do the same, and that's okay - that's their deal. We're trying to stretch that. Our goal is a little more." - Bill Collings

We're suckers for the walnut stained I-35LC's. They perfectly capture that vintage Gibson vibe aesthetically and Collings' legendary quality and attention to detail pushes it over the top. Best of both worlds - old-school looks, modern build quality.

Jason Lollar needs no introduction. His pickups are used by some of the best builders working today, and have been for many, many years now. The addition of his Gold Foil pickups pushes this I-35LC into new sonic territory. Anything from crystalline clean tones - chimey, great midrange, medium output - to low-fi, swampy overdriven tones are possible. While a great semi-hollowbody is known for being versatile, they don't normally dip into these type of sounds, making the Gold Foil / semi-hollowbody pairing really special.

Highlights: Collings' meticulous build-quality; perfect "meet in the middle" between a late 50s and early 60s neck carve; atypical and inspiring tones via Lollar Gold Foils; old-school looks

Condition: Near mint w/very little signs of prior ownership. The protective film is still on the pickups and bridge! Setup is spot on and all electronics work as they should.

This beautiful I-35LC is a fantastic opportunity for someone to get into a Collings at a great price! Priced with original hardshell case.
