Description

"Every day we try to make a better guitar, every day. You're trying to reach for more, trying to do better, not trying to do the same. A lot of companies are trying to do the same, and that's okay - that's their deal. We're trying to stretch that. Our goal is a little more." - Bill Collings

This beautiful 2009 City Limits really captures the look and vibe of a vintage Les Paul with it's gorgeous "just right" flamed maple top. Make no mistake though, Collings has really refined the classic LP formula to produce what might arguably be the modern Les Paul.

The build, playability, and set up are perfect - nice medium action with a slightly taut feel, no doubt part of the reason these guitars capture that "fat single coil" sound we all want in a twin humbucker guitar. Speaking of tones - beautiful, clear cleans coupled with sweet, Live at the Fillmore-esq overdriven tones. You can easily cover a lot of ground with this guitar.

Condition: Very good. There are light scratches and a few dings scattered around the body (the most prominent are on the side of the guitar).

Here's your chance to get into a really nice used Collings - don't let this one pass you by! Priced with hardshell case.
