Description

This lovely-sounding guitar is a beautifully unique hybrid piece--vintage Martin materials and construction with a modern luthier's reinterpretation of its sonic potential. The body is a 1963 Martin 000-28G, originally braced for nylon strings, with a new Adirondack Spruce top and bracing installed by Massachusetts' own Bill Tippin. The guitar also sports -41 style purflings and inlay, with a torch on the headstock. Its tone is simply luscious--warm, deep and lush, with incredible chime in the upper register. The guitar is priced with a custom-made Cedar Creek case, but the original Martin case is available as well. Please call us for further details, and have a look at the stunning Brazilian!
