Offering another twist in our ukulele line, we decided to mix the old with the new; the pineapple design dates back to the early 20th century when the Kamaka company began offering pineapple shaped ukuleles. To the Hawaiians, the pineapple has long been considered a symbol of prosperity and good fortune. With this soprano, we turn again to mango, as a new alternative to Hawaii's native koa. Also a local tonewood, mango offers similar properties of richness and warmth, while retaining a well defined high end. Includes hardshell case.
