The dual-humbucker larger bodied archtop is an iconic instrument in many genres, long prized for it's big sound. We are very impressed with Godin's take on this classic instrument. It has surprising clarity for it's size, but certainly has the depth and warmth you'd expect. The 5-ply wild cherry laminate construction helps fight feedback, and the Graph Tech TUSQ bridge helps fight the traditional Bigsby tuning issues. Adding these new inovations to this classic design at a player-friendly price makes the Godin 5th Avenue Uptown a hard-to-beat hollowbody.
