Montuoro Style 7 Special Jumbo
Description
Modeled after a mid 1930's Euphonon, this 16" jumbo embodies the Old-World spirit and tone of the Larson Brothers instruments. Frankie Montuoro, like few other luthiers, has an innate understanding of wood, stress and geometry, all three of which are artfully balanced in this wonderful Honduran rosewood jumbo. With a fuller response than his OM offering, this model does not lack in balance and treble clarity. All are there but with a pithy bass response that gives one goose bumps. Playing this gem will make you strongly question why one would ever need to own more than one guitar.
